Topps Action Flats

In 1998 and 1999 Topps Card Company issued figures called (for reasons I can't explain) Action Flats. Each figure was packaged with a foil stamped Topps card. The figures were 3" tall, featuring popular players of the day. Football figures were issued in 1998 (8) and 1999 (12). Still tracking down info on the baseball figures.

The following list is probably not all-inclusive - I'm not sure what baseball figures were issued at this time:
