Sports Action Figure.com Website Opens to Public

Collector-oriented website for sports toys and action figures debuts with 3,000 figures in database and more

Sports Action Figure.com, a new website dedicated to collectible action figures and sport figures, has been released to the public.

The site's database includes more than 1,600 figures and 3,000 photographs, searchable in a variety of ways. Within each brand of figure, visitors can search for sports figures of specific players, team lists or players in a specific position. Lists broken out by specific series (e.g., McFarlane Sports Picks NFL Series 11) can also be retrieved. A unique feature to this site, visitors can search across brands for specific players or teams.

The new site also features printable checklists by brand, articles of interest to collectors and customizers, a dictionary of terms, a list of links to customizer websites, and more. SportsActionFigure.com will soon be expanded to include more brands of sports figures, links to other action figure resources on the web and additional articles.
