Upper Deck Provides First Look at Several Upcoming Figures

Brady Retro, Iverson Black Edition and Matt Leinart Head Up List of Figures Planned for Coming Months

Upper Deck has provided sneak peeks at a few upcoming figures during or around Comic Con.

Previously the company had announced two new Tom Brady figures to follow the one released in January. You could expect that the first would show Tom in the Patriots' away jersey but we didn't know what the other figure (TB3) would be. At Comic Con Upper Deck displayed a prototype version of Brady in a home retro uniform, complete with the old "hiking minuteman" logo on the helmet.

The booth also provided a first look at the black edition of Allen Iverson (black figure with gold trim).

Right before the start of Comic Con, Upper Deck announced that the 2007 line of football figures will include Arizona Cardinals' QB Matt Leinart.

In the announcement for the Platinum Club, we saw photos of platinum versions of Tom Brady and one other - I believe it was Kobe Bryant.

Finally, we knew it was coming but we hadn't seen a photo - the Martin Brodeur figure in home red jersey was displayed.
