Upper Deck has announced the black edition Kobe Bryant will be sold exclusively at the grand opening of the Sole Bar in Hollywood on July 7 2007.

ASV collectors in So Cal this weekend will have an opportunity to obtain the Kobe Bryant Black Edition figure dropping exclusively at the Sole Bar in Hollywood. Emerging from the same street culture scene, the cross-over between sneaker collecting and urban vinyl figures has always been apparent. On Saturday July 7th in Hollywood CA, a sneaker experience like no other will open to the masses. The Sole Bar, brought to you by the same crew that produces Sole Collector magazine, will be hosting a grand opening event. Top partners of Sole will be on hand with special edition releases and product previews. Upper Deck Authenticated will be in attendance and will be dropping the Kobe Bryant black edition limited to 250 pieces while supplies last ($100 each, limit one per customer). UDA will also be displaying signed player edition shoes from its top spokesman and several other surprises for sports fans in attendance.
